Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. Sylwester has over 20 years of experience in investments and M&A transactions in Central & Eastern Europe. Between 1999-2008 he worked for investment banking departments of PwC and Rothschild, in Warsaw and London. Since 2008, he advises private equity funds in the CEE region. Sylwester worked for IK Partners, 21 Invest and currently for Abris Capital Partners. He is responsible for sourcing and executing of investments, including supervising of value creation process at portfolio companies.
