Sylwia is a humanist, a leader, and a creator of new solutions. For more than two decades in banking, and since 2019 she has been working with Asseco as CEO of Asseco Services and Division Director, developing outsourcing services. She holds a degree in Economics from the Poznań University of Economics and a degree in IT Management from the Warsaw School of Economics. Adept of M. Fabjański’s, PhD, School of Philosophy of Life. Honoured with the Silver Medal for Long Service of the President of the Republic of Poland and with the badge “Zasłużony dla Łączności” of the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction.
