ABOUT THE EVENT
CFA Society Poland Annual Seminar 2019

In the post-industrial reality of today's world one single event at one end of the world may have a huge impact on the entire global economy. At CFA Society Poland Annual Seminar 2019 we will strive to look into the future not only by discussing forecasts and research results, but also by actively using an innovative analytical tool – wargames.

The focal pointo of our meeting on 11 October will be the game facilitated by John Hulsman designed to engage members of CFA Society Poland and our guests. The topic of the game involves the current climate in trade in the context of Trump, tariffs and China. This fascinating experience will let you take a different perspective on forecasts and analytics. John Hulsman has facilitated similar games with blue chip private sector banking and hedge fund clients as well as governments around the world.

Apart from the wargame the seminar will let you listen to prof. Eugeniusz Gatnar from Monetary Policy Council, Fitch Ratings forecasts for Poland and the region, report findings done by CFA Society Poland and SpotData as well as two interesting workshops: about the influence of AI as well as biology on investment decision-making.

This year's CFA Society Poland Annual Seminar is dedicated to the local CFA community in Poland and Baltic states (CFA Society Poland members take priority) as well as invited guests. Other people interested in paid paritipation (800 PLN net) are kindly asked to contact: office@cfa.com.pl.
