We have prepared two forms of registration for participants, i.e. free for the CFA community and guests invited by the host, and fee-based for professionals outside the organization.

REGISTRATION for CFA Society Poland members and invited guests

Due to overwhelming interest, registration for the CFA Society Poland Annual Conference 2023 is now closed.

Are you a regular or affiliate member of CFA Society Poland? Fill in the form and register your participation at the 12th CFA Society Poland Annual Conference. Your participation in the event is free of charge.

Regular members from outside Warsaw will have their accommodation covered by the organizer from October 19 to 20. After registration, our team will promptly contact you to arrange the accommodation details.

I hereby give my consent to have my personal data processed by CFA Society Poland (hereinafter referred to as CFA) with a registered office in Wrocław 53-345, ul. Komandorska 118/120 included in the registration form to organize the Conference organized by CFA Society Poland (hereinafter referred to as the Conference) as well as to inform me about future conferences and courses, according to the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002, no. 101, item 926 as amended).

I accept the Conference rules.

I declare that I have been informed about the following::
1) The controller of my personal data is CFA Society Poland with a registered address in Wrocław 53-345, ul. Komandorska 118/120, office@cfa.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as CFA).
2) My personal data is processed to organize and conduct the Conference as well as distribute materials and information about the said conference, based on the consent given by me by filling the above form.
3) The recipients of my data may be in particular entities authorised to provide CFA with information technology services, archiving, or employed to cater for the above needs.
4) I have the right to access my personal data and to amend, remove or restrict its processing scope, to file an objection or transfer my data.
5) I have the right to withdraw my consent, while the withdrawal does not affect the legal compliance of data processing done based on the consent before its withdrawal.
6) I am entitled to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7) My consent to provide my personal data is voluntary, however not providing it deems it impossible to participate in the Conference.

Are you outside the CFA Society Poland’s organization? Well, nothing lost! You can become an attendee of the 11th CFA Society Poland Annual Conference by completing the registration form. AFTER receiving your submission, our office will contact you to process your payment.
